Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 15, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how RenewalIntel (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and safeguards information when you use our website and platform (the “Service”).
Information we collect
Account information you provide when you sign up — such as your name, work email, and organization.
Data you upload or connect — subscription, usage, contract, and billing data that you import or connect through vendor connectors so we can reconcile it. You control what you provide.
Technical data — limited log and device data, plus cookies strictly necessary for authentication and session management. This includes diagnostic data such as error reports and performance timings, which we use to keep the Service reliable and secure.
How we use information
To provide and operate the Service (including reconciliation, analysis, and reporting), to secure and improve it, to provide support, and to send service-related communications. We do not sell personal information.
Cookies
We use cookies that are essential for signing in and keeping you signed in. We do not use them to build advertising profiles. You can control cookies through your browser, though disabling essential cookies may prevent you from signing in.
We do not use analytics or advertising cookies, we do not track you across other sites, and we do not record your screen or session. Because we set nothing that isn’t strictly necessary, we don’t ask you to accept a cookie banner.
Service providers
We rely on infrastructure sub-processors (for example, hosting, database, authentication, email delivery, and error and performance monitoring providers) to run the Service. They process data on our behalf under appropriate contractual safeguards.
A current list of sub-processors is available on request — contact privacy@renewalintel.com.
Data retention
We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing (including under the GDPR and CCPA/CPRA). To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.
Security
We use organizational and technical measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
