RenewalIntel reconciles vendor entitlements against actual usage and produces analysis, exposure estimates, and evidence to support renewal and compliance decisions.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and for activity under your account. You must have authority to connect any data sources you link.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, or use it to violate any law or third-party right.

You retain ownership of the data you provide. You grant us the rights necessary to process it to operate and provide the Service. We handle it in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Outputs from the Service — including exposure figures, confidence scores, and recommendations — are informational and provided to assist your own decision-making. They are not legal, financial, tax, or audit advice, and they are not a substitute for independent professional judgment or formal vendor audits.

Vendor names and marks referenced in the Service are the property of their respective owners. Their use identifies reconciliation coverage and does not imply affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement from those vendors.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RenewalIntel will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or as needed to protect the Service or its users.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
